ABCORE, a small training group of 10 people plus the coach, reinforces your abdominals and gluteals, improving your core strength and balance. Also a good way to avoid sports injuries.

BALANCE, a small training group of 10 people plus the coach, is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Taï Chi. This deep muscular reinforcement will help you increase mobility, correct muscular imbalance, improve recovery and relax tension.
