Cross Training is considered one of the most complete training methods, working your whole body.

Based on the fundamentals of physical movement (running, jumping, pushing, pulling, throwing etc) your metabolism gets a real boost.

Improve your physical condition with this exceptional strength and cardio-vascular training.

 



SKILL, a small training group of 10 people plus the coach, is the opening level of Training Gym. A basic education of Cross Training movements supervised by the coach, to begin toning your muscles, and burn off excess fat.

WOD, a small training group of 8 people plus the coach, is the next level up of Training Gym. A highly varied and intense programme of Cross Training which is never the same twice. The complete cardio and strength work-out !
